Another project that I worked on as a project manager for SRK Architects in Philadelphia, PA. This client also purchased a penthouse unit and wanted a teak wood theme throughout. Marbles and granites abound as well with a spa room, custom lighting and numerous door operators hiding rooms, televisions, projectors and sky views. Systems installed enabled this client to call his home, have the bath / whirlpool tub fill, turn on the jets and heater all remotely. Lighting was infinitely programmable as well. This project was a true challenge of technology and custom millwork.
