This early 20th century colonial home had a side porch which had been enclosed by a previous owner and converted into a 1st floor bedroom / bath. This renovation included restoring the side porch and adding new breakfast , powder and mud rooms. The kitchen was expanded and a new cellar stair configuration eased access to the laundry. An original, attached, one car garage was also expanded and converted into a family room. Connecting brick terraces complete this project.
