Design is all about scale, mass, context, and use. Whether one is creating the next soaring urban tower or connecting something new with the ancient, the same core values and methodology apply. My attention to these governing forces allow me to move effortlessly between genres. While my focus of late has been with historical structures; renovations, restorations and repurposing, the ability to create the next new building technology and aesthetic is guided by the same principles.

New 4-House Residential Development

These 4-new homes were constructed as part of the overall site development of The Shoppes & Market at Albrecht’s (see commercial section). Designed with several available options, the developer was able to use this scheme for each home, customizing as needed for each buyer.
