Seussical

A Dr. Seuss combination of Horton Hears a Who, Gertrude McFuzz and The Cat in the Hat, this set was childlike, artistic and, of course, all things “Seuss-like”. With Whoville looming in the background, the jungle of Noo sprawls between two tree houses with a monkey bar highway hidden within. Dr. Seuss books appear to tumble from the jungle as oversized alphabet blocks become seats, podiums and hiding places for the numerous magical creatures who romped on the stage.

Constructed largely with parts and materials from the previous years’ sets, Seussical was, again,  built by parents and students from the Radnor High School Community. This show ran for 3 nights and 2 matinees to sellout crowds.
