Design is all about scale, mass, context, and use. Whether one is creating the next soaring urban tower or connecting something new with the ancient, the same core values and methodology apply. My attention to these governing forces allow me to move effortlessly between genres. While my focus of late has been with historical structures; renovations, restorations and repurposing, the ability to create the next new building technology and aesthetic is guided by the same principles.

This client owns three contiguous properties in the heart of Oxford. A facade restoration / renovation program offered business owners funding to upgrade or repair their properties through an application and review process. We presented these sketches with phasing for this program and were approved to move forward. Currently, the owner has completed these changes and is busy renovating the interiors for prospective tenants.
