Design is all about scale, mass, context, and use. Whether one is creating the next soaring urban tower or connecting something new with the ancient, the same core values and methodology apply. My attention to these governing forces allow me to move effortlessly between genres. While my focus of late has been with historical structures; renovations, restorations and repurposing, the ability to create the next new building technology and aesthetic is guided by the same principles.

New Single Family Home
East Pikeland Township, PA
This home was proposed as a steel framed and concrete design in a Pennsylvania farmhouse venacular. Sketches and study models (pre-CAD) were used to develop the massing and skin detailing. Ultimately too costly to build in steel, this home was built traditionally and with many owner requested changes. More drawings and as built photographs to come…………
