Design is all about scale, mass, context, and use. Whether one is creating the next soaring urban tower or connecting something new with the ancient, the same core values and methodology apply. My attention to these governing forces allow me to move effortlessly between genres. While my focus of late has been with historical structures; renovations, restorations and repurposing, the ability to create the next new building technology and aesthetic is guided by the same principles.

Residential Additions
Wayne, PA
These additions provided this 1920’s colonial with an expanded kitchen / breakfast room, powder & mud rooms, rear porch, master bedroom, dressing and bath, plus a bonus 3rd floor office. The existing flagstone terrace was preserved throughout the renovations and serves the new floor plan.
